G.M. Leather celebrates its first day as a listed company

MARKET CAPITALIZATION REACHES OVER 20.2 MILLION EUROS
Arzignano (Vicenza), 13 July 2022 – G.M. Leather S.p.A. (the “Company” or “G.M.”), head of the G.M. Group, operating in the processing and marketing of leathers for the manufacturing of products for the furniture industry, leather goods and fashion, tanneries and the automotive aftermarket, announces that trading of its ordinary stock (ISIN Code IT0005498610) and “Warrant G.M. Leather 2022-2025” warrants (ISIN Code IT0005498602) on the Euronext Growth Milan market commenced today.
The session closed with an increase in the Company’s stock, the closing price standing at Euro 1.83, 4.57% higher than the initial placement value of 1.75 Euro, reaching an end-of-day capitalization of over 20.2 million Euro.
